Labor is hard work, physically and emotionally...

Sometimes labor starts out deeply overwhelming and stays that way. Sometimes babies need extra help getting into position and you have to work HARD to get them there.

That's when you depend on your support team to get you through. That's when they reflect upon all the conversations, all the practice, all the questions and comfort measures and relaxation scripts you went through during your pregnancy.

Sometimes you need to be reminded of your strength. Sometimes you need a peaceful memory or visualization to take you away. Sometimes you need a loving gaze or a warm embrace. Sometimes you just need someone to be there smiling when you open your eyes on the other side of that tsunami-like wave.

I'd love to meet your there and chat about how I can best support your family!

If we were chatting right now with a local roast in hand, I would ask you:

  • What are your dreams and goals for your family?

  • What is weighing on your heart during this season of your pregnancy or parenting journey?
